Memory Infrastructure System

Memory Infrastructure System is a speculative design project exploring how personal memories can be transformed into physical artifacts.

The project began with a simple question:
What if a memory could occupy space?

In a digital world where memories are constantly captured, stored, and forgotten, this project explores a more tangible relationship with remembering. Each experience is translated through three coordinates — time, emotion, and context — and transformed into a physical system of objects.

Memory Index Units, Temporal Evidence Cards, Event Nodes, and Archive Blocks work together to record, organize, and preserve individual moments.

Rather than treating memory as something stored passively, the system turns remembering into a physical ritual — something that can be held, arranged, archived, and revisited.

Memory Infrastructure System asks how design can give physical form to something inherently intangible.
